Scrip Order Form:

Scrip is a term that means substitute money.  When KMS members purchase scrip, they're purchasing negotiable gift certificates that are used just like cash.  KMS members can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, they earn revenue for our school.  KMS buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to our members for full face value.  The bulk of the discount - from two to fifteen percent or more - is retained by our school as revenue.  You can designate whether you want your order’s proceeds to be 100% donated to the school, or 50% of the proceeds can be applied quarterly, as a reduction to your tuition.  Ask staff members for a scrip order form or print it from our KMS website.  Submit orders with payment by 5:30 PM each Monday to receive your Scrip cards or certificates by Friday of that same week.  Check out the scrip website link at the top of the page for a complete list of retailers or contact our coordinator for more details.

This version when filled out correctly will automatically tally your order and give you the profit amount you've earned.
**Directions: If your computer has Microsoft Excel, an Excel spreadsheet window will automatically open.  Please remember to print the Scrip form in 'landscape' so everything is large enough for Ms. Gloria to read!  You may also email the filled out form back to Ms. Gloria at KMSGloria@yahoo.com by 9PM on Monday evening.  The form starts out saying 'Incomplete', and will change to 'ok' when you are finished.  If you're not sure if your computer has Microsoft Excel, simply click on the file link.  If you open the link and see: 'Do you want to save, or find a program to open it?' then you do not have Excel and can simply use the other form to print and bring in to school on Monday.  Thanks!
